Site needs to be leveled and 2ft. longer and wider than building and normally 3-4 inches of berm limestone or no .8 limestone to be used as a base, or solid concrete blocks, prepared by customer there. Will be extra charge t do excess leveling by crew. All buildings should be stained or painted as soon as possible. When painting, use good quality primer first.

Building permits are considered the customers responsibility where they are required. Builders must be able to get truck within 50 foot of site or a $1 a foot carry charge will be added. There is a charge of $2.50 per mile after 15 miles.
